How to delete your data

You can remove your data from Reachboard in any of these ways:

1. Disconnect one account: sign in, open Accounts and press Disconnect. Its access token and stats are deleted at once.
2. Delete everything: sign in, open Accounts and press Delete my Reachboard account. Your account, connected accounts, posts, media and stats are deleted at once.
3. From Instagram, Facebook or Threads: remove Reachboard under Apps and websites in the network's settings. The network notifies us and we delete that account's data. You get a confirmation code you can check on this site.
4. From TikTok: remove Reachboard from the apps connected to your account, in TikTok's Settings and privacy. TikTok notifies us and we delete that account's data and stats.
5. By email: write to support@reachboard.app from your account's email address. We delete your data within 7 days.

Posts already published on a network stay there until you delete them. You can delete a published post from a Facebook Page in Reachboard: open it under Posts and press Delete. Reachboard can't delete Instagram, Threads or TikTok posts; delete those in the network's own app.
