Privacy policy

This policy explains what Reachboard (operated by Cannappy LLC, "we") collects, why, how long we keep it, and how you can delete it. Questions: support@reachboard.app.
What we collect
- Your Reachboard account: your email address and a one-way hash of your password.
- Connected social accounts: when you connect Instagram, a Facebook Page, Threads or TikTok, the network gives us an access token, the account's id, username and profile picture. For TikTok we also read your nickname and posting settings (who can see your posts, whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed) each time you open the posting screen, and use them only on that screen. Tokens are encrypted before they are stored.
- Your posts: the text, photo or video you upload, the accounts you chose, the scheduled time, the settings you picked for each network (for TikTok: who can see it, the interactions you allowed, and any commercial content disclosure), and each network's result (the post's id and link, or the error).
- Stats: numbers the networks report for your posts and accounts: views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves, followers, and for TikTok your follower, like and video counts.
- A sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. We use no advertising or tracking cookies and show no ads.
How we use it
Only to provide the service you asked for: publishing your posts to the accounts you chose at the time you chose, and showing you their stats. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build profiles. We do not read your messages or comments.
Who we share it with
Your post content goes to the networks you publish to (Meta for Instagram, Facebook and Threads; TikTok for TikTok), under their own terms. We host on Cloudflare, which stores our database and your media files on our behalf. Nobody else receives your data.
Platform data
Reachboard uses the Instagram API, the Facebook Pages API and the Threads API. Data we receive from Meta is used only as described here and under Meta's Platform Terms.
Reachboard uses TikTok's Login Kit, Content Posting API and Display API. Data we receive from TikTok is used only as described here and under the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos and videos: deleted 30 days after the post was published, or sooner once you delete the post from every network it went to.
- Stats: kept while the account stays connected, and deleted when you disconnect it or delete the post.
- Everything else: until you delete your account.
Deleting your data
Disconnect an account on the Accounts page to delete its token and stats at once. Delete your whole Reachboard account from the Accounts page to erase everything. If you remove Reachboard in your Instagram, Facebook, Threads or TikTok settings, the network tells us and we delete that account's data. Disconnecting a TikTok account in Reachboard also withdraws our access at TikTok. Details: how to delete your data. You can also email support@reachboard.app; we act within 7 days.
Deleting a post
You can delete a published post from a Facebook Page in Reachboard: open it under Posts and press Delete. Reachboard can't delete Instagram, Threads or TikTok posts; delete those in the network's own app. When you delete a post through Reachboard, the network removes it, we delete its stats, and we keep only the record that it was posted. Its photo or video is deleted once no network still shows the post.
Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
Children
Reachboard is not meant for anyone under 18.
